In Laos there is a 3 day Full Moon Festival , Calling Of The Souls. All the locals bring offerings of money, marigolds, incense and prayer for the spirits. This festival is a bringing back of all the souls to create librium within the community and within yourself. This is represented by the tying of a thread around your wrist by one of the local spiritual leaders.
